Hello dear readers!
I thought I’d do a quickie post about my newest addition, a white jasmine.
If you remember, I had a hell of a time fitting my first Colette jasmine, but with considerable time and effort I got it to work for me. I loved my navy and white jasmine so much and I didn’t want all that hard work to go to waste, so I made another one for summer! You can get the pattern here.
This one is made from a beautiful peony printed cotton from Gorgeous Fabrics
I just love the abstract peony print and the clean and elegant yet cute feeling this lovely fabric gave me.
I made this one sleeveless and finished the armholes with a bias strip from the same fabric. Turns out simply eliminating the sleeves worked quite well and the arm hole didn’t gape as it can sometimes.
I’m loving this pattern more and more the more I make it! It’s a really flattering fit and silhouette and I think totally worth the pain.
Do you have a favourite TNT (tried and true – I *just* learned that) pattern?
Relax and Enjoy,
